This was the first short animation movie I did, actually, it was a videoclip for the Daft Punk song Aerodinamic. It was designed and implemented in about two months. All the modelling, texturing and animation was done by me using 3D Studio Max 3.0.

The idea was presenting a basic set of figures that turn into robots as the music gets more intensive. After some dancing, when the music goes down, they return to their original states. Animation intends to be in sync with sound. All the animation is based on keyframes, without using bones, just done in the most classical animation way.

The three characters of the short were designed to match the requirements of the movie; being able to dismount and mount opening and closing from/to basic figures.

A complete script was also written where the song was analized in detail to adjust animation to timings.
